Why we use 3 wheels on our trailer dolly we are asked a lot.
We use 3- 4 ply rated tires with a knobby thread pattern on all three wheels.
The 4 ply will tire and using 3 tires will give our customer a very high tongue weight.
Rated at 1200 lbs. of tongue weight.
If we use two tires, we would be reducing the tongue weigh the trailer mover dolly can handle.
The knobby thread pattern helps the dolly for traction on dirt and gravel and grass.
Best part is all three tires are pin together and all 3 wheels are drive/power wheels.
